The food is outstanding at this place. The restaurant itself is small but quaint.

I've never had such little chicken per bite. It is literally 80% fried bread with bits of chicken inside. They are reducing the amount of chicken and increasing the bread content to get more money out of you, this is unacceptable. I'd literally rather have the sesame or orange chicken from Walmart over what they gave us as atleast I'm actually getting the right amount of meat for my dollar. The cream cheese wontons had barely any cheese in it. The egg rolls were good though. Skip this joint until they change their portions to reflect the price tag. It's a shame because their sauces were good and the fried rice was delicious, but it's like going to get a burger and getting 80% bun with a tiny slices of burger mixed in it.

Great food, huge portions, and awesome service and price

I can't remember the last time I had service this on the ball. Our server had everything we needed ready before we could ask for it. Food was amazing, HOT and was timed ideally. I was blown away by the value here. We will return.

I only wish I could eat more when I have lunch there. The all you can eat lunch is fabulous.

Rose garden is hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant in the twin cities. The food always tastes amazing, you can’t beat the pricing and the staff is amazing. They are always friendly and smiling and happy to help with anything or answer any questions you may have. They are always super sweet to the kiddos and this place just had the most family friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Lifelong customer for sure!

Amazing service and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly considerate and made every aspect of the evening enjoyable. Unquestionably the food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. I couldn't recommend a restaurant more.

Stopped in yesterday for some brunch and to watch some football. Food was excellent, bloody Mary had the perfect amount of spice. But what really caught my attention was our server! A younger guy, extremely personable and friendly, very upbeat, and overall put out a good vibe.

This spot is worth trying. They have big portions for fair prices. Constantly neat and with awesome character. I highly recommend this place.

This place has been in its location for years and I’ve never been in here before. It’s a small restaurant and most of the customers were ordering take out. The front of house staff seemed to have their hands full with New Years Eve orders but they kept the restaurant clean and kept up with our table. They didn’t skip a beat. The prices are VERY affordable ($5 for a heaping plate of fried rice and $0.50 wontons). I appreciate this little restaurant and can’t wait to come back— just remember to bring cash!

Got a large shrimp fried rice and there was only 6 of those tiny salad shrimps in the huge container of rice not to mention it was drowning in grease. Don't go here if you want quality food. Ranks up there with the worst chinese food I've ever had.

Great Experience for 7.99 for the buffet! They come to you with mounds of food to put on your plate! Lots of regular menu items also..small quiant place but Well Worth the daily Buffet! Fabulous staff that comes to serve you..very friendly and will give you as Much as you like! Highly recommended!

Only been to Rose Garden once, but it was delicious and we'll be back! Friends who have enjoyed Rose Garden for decades took us the first time - their buffet is fun and different! First time around, if you're not sure just ask for a small portion - ask for more next time it comes around!

Too bad experiences with Rose Garden They forgot to deliver part of the order and refused to make it right.On the second Order a month later they also forgot the same items and refused to make it right again.the food is good.3to 4 stars.Customer service extremely poor. I am no longer a customer of Rose Garden. Two stars are because the food is good. Customer service staff sucks!!!!!

I've loved this restaurant since I was a kid and it still remains to be one of my favorite places. The servings are big and for a very affordable price. They are cash only so make sure you have some on you.

My personal opinion is lately Chinese restaurants serve very cheap meat cheap vegetables and no flavor in their menu . I had the plain Chowmein barely any rice tons of hard noodles and no flavor I had the beef and broccoli they used a very cheap beef and canned mushrooms who uses canned mushrooms. I suppose some people like sugar in their wontons but I don't too sweet and not enough cream cheese. And last but not least I had a taste of their egg rolls nothing special nothing unique nothing that makes me want to go back to Rose garden to eat.

Great service and food. We are a family of 5 and ordered 3 meals for all of us and still had food to bring home. This is our 1st trip here but will be back very soon!

First time going and was pleasantly surprised. Wasn't expecting how the lunch brunch worked were it comes to you. The food was extremely tasty and fresh. Great find and will be back for sure.

I go to the buffet and it's the best thing. We have nick named it 'lazy buffet' because they will serve you an assortment of food at your table - however much you want. They won't stop coming by your table until you tell them to. Excellent service and excellent food. Great experience.

Absolutely love the House Special Egg Rolls! Very crispy, thin wrapper with a huge amount of meat inside. Very good fried rice and a fantastic lunch buffet with many dishes brought tableside for you to enjoy. Quite a bargain for the price.The Ginger Chicken has plenty of pungent ginger in the dish to get your attention. One of the few places where the Szechuan dishes are truly spicy!

Exceptional place to have something when in a hurry. Their customer service is swift, prices are reasonable, awesome ambience. I highly recommend this spot.

This place is just an all-around great place to eat can't go wrong lunch buffets from 11 to 2 Monday through Friday and literally they bring it out to you buffet style without having to move you get to consume Fresh Off The Wok Chinese that is absolutely delicious one of my favorite places to eat smaller smaller place great atmosphere good people family ran definitely recommended
